Appreciated Jax's feedback.

LOL... The dude isn't even gone, but when you hear about an unhappy player that wants to be traded... it's the same ol' song up here in Golden State... Thank upper management for that.

The news is everywhere for Golden State Fan's everywhere. Jackson announced he wants to be traded after locking in a 3 year contract to stay with the Warriors. He's even hired an agent to assist him in getting a trade. Considering the news of Jackson wanting to be traded, I appreciated his feedback on my work. For 2 and a half seasons, Jackson gave me his thumbs up or a simple nod during shoot arounds at home games. When he really liked the designs, Jackson would point out to players (even on other teams) and coaches than told them... "Look at my new sign of the week" I greatly appreciated his feedback. Thanks Jax!

The infamous... CJ Watson

Word has it C.J. Watson is sticking around in the Bay, via his locked Twitter feed (which I can't see until he adds me!). I thought this would be fitting. R-Dizzle came up with the idea. Mobb Deep's Quiet Storm is one of my favorite singles in Hip-Hop! Good to see C.J. stick around, it's gonna be a very interesting offseason!

Photoshoping... On a Sunday afternoon!

Strictly on the random tip. It's Sunday and I'm usually in chill mode. Broke out the Photoshop and decided to play around with a few idea's floating around my head. 1st off, the resemblance of King James and Slick Rick? If any? Second... recapping some of the Lakers off season moves... Friday style. Oh yea, Happy Birthday Kobe! Cool Kick it before the work week starts ya'll!

Because the first Street Hustler sucked...

Fall/Winter collection 2009... I'm just getting started! (the first of many)

I'm officially on vacation and dropping the thinking cap on my Fall/Winter collection. No release date has been set on these designs but I'm really hyped to wear this one! (shooting for a late September release...) I'm pretty much a Street Fighter 2 junkie and flipping this universal logo for the "streets" (lol) is a must for me and the homies. These days everybody's either a "Playa" or "Pimp" (what's a cuddy buddy?!) Hustlin' seems more respectable. Shoot, everybody and their momma's are hustlin' to survive this recession... it's only right to drop this!

Sneak peek... we coloring tonight!

I was supposed to have this done a couple days ago but I didn't wanna rush it. I gotta long way to go, and I wanna make sure I don't skip out on Monta Ellis's tattoo's this time around. There's really no time line on this but I did wanna share some of the line art preview for you guys. When the color's applied, it's gonna look fresh to def. New Warriors art for the 2009-10 season is a must! We're just getting started!

"Hella" freaked it my way!

Yup, it's been on my mind for some time. I've wanted to do a "Hella" shirt/design for a hella long time, LOL. Countless attempts and what not I wasn't feeling my own concepts. Is "Hella" even a word? Apparently it is and it's in our everyday dialogue. I've seen numerous "Hella" T's around the Bay Area and I just wanted to come off different ya' know? I've seen "Hella" designs with the California State, the Filipino Flag (if not both) represented on em' but I just didn't see anything that would stand out if not make me wanna pay $30 bucks for it. Than this idea popped in my head... Freak the classic "Hellboy" logo and make it say "Hella!"

I would totally rock this! If it didn't make the cut for my winter collection I'd totally make a heat press print of it for the "Hella" heads out there! All in good humor of course!

Day N' Night with Kid Curry!

Peep the Kid Cudi original artwork! This is my 2 cents on the whole Stephen Curry nickname game. You gotta earn that nickname and all but as usual, I'm just having fun. Kid Curry sounds a lot cooler than Masala- love it or hate it... it's just a thought! As for the concept... I was visiting the folks at Rasputin Music and picked up some 7-inch promo’s (which are a dime a dozen these days) Cudi’s “Day and Nite” 7-inch and Grouch and Eligh’s “All In” single with full jacket art covers. Anyways, when I saw the Cudi cover I already knew what had to be done.

Toyed around with it… I didn’t wanna just slap his face and post up the fan shot ya’ know. I gave it that Golden State touch, a couple basketballs and what not. Same idea to Cudi’s but more welcoming to Basketball fans, etc. Couldn’t sleep, thanks goodness I had photoshop to fall back on!

The New Warriors

New Season. New Art Style. New Warriors.

3 Things I'm hyped for next season with our beloved Golden State Warriors... Anthony Randolph, Anthony Morrow and Stephen Curry. I'm really excited, and you should be to.I'm hoping these folks will become difference makers with the team. Whether it's off the bench or filling in our missing gaps, let's get these guys the experience they need. It's been a hot second since I've drawn any of my favorite Dubz, for that I apologize. I've modified my style a bit, I wanted more detail and action shop and these 3 folks are just the beginning... we gotta whole team to draw and I'm just getting started. Enjoy!
